Natalie helped my wife & I relocate from Southern California to Rocklin in 1999. In the past ten years, she has been instrumental with the sale and purchase of 5 different properties for us.
Real Estate agents are not my first love, so when I first spoke with Natalie back in 1999, I was very up front with her in my feelings toward Real Estate Agents. Natalie was amazing. She just smiled and told me that she understood and that if for any reason I wanted to work with a different agent that she would completely understand. Well, to this day Natalie has become one of my closest friends.
At the end of 2007 I found myself financially overextended with my current home loan. I couldn’t continue to pay my monthly payments and was set to turn the house over to the bank. At the time the lenders were not overly willing to work with overextended home owners. Finally, after talking with Natalie, she talked me into putting my house up for sale before it went into foreclosure. She convinced me that she had some ideas that could help me. She suggested a “Short-Sale” of my home. I trusted her, listed my house with her (again) and within a matter of just a few short months, she had found multiple buyers for my house in an ever declining economy. She was in constant contact with me and my lender throughout the process of negotiating the sale of my house. She was able to convince my lender not to foreclose gaining us extra time to complete the sale. Natalie is incredible knowledgeable with the process of “Short-Sales”, and has become a leader in this area. I will always look to Natalie for market trends and will not hesitate to ask her to represent me in future real estate ventures.

We had our home on the market six months previously with another realtor and were not satisfied with the response we had received. We were one month away from moving into our brand new house, with our existing house still on the market after two months. Needless to say we were in a panic. We decided to hire a new agent, so we contacted Natalie based on a referral we received. We were planning on interviewing multiple agents because we needed the best. It turned out that Natalie was the only interview that we conducted.

Our Highest Recommendation for Natalie Whistler:
This past year (2001) we listed our home in Stanford Ranch. Our Goal was to sell our home for fair market Value and find the perfect home for our family. Unfortunately after 90 days in a very good market, we were unable to find success at either venue. No offers on our home, and the agent we had at the time was not helping us find “our new home”?
The longer our house stayed on the Market the larger the inventory grew in the area. We asked around and interviewed several agents. NATALIE WHISTLER came highly recommended by several people and she won us over in the interview process. What we saw is what we got. Natalie was well prepared in showing us what she could do for us on selling and Buying in the Stanford Ranch Area. We had the best of modern technology with Natalie. She marketed our home on the Internet, newspapers, Real-estate publications, openhouses, agent viewings…… you name it. Unbelievable!
On the flipside, Natalie was a great listener and made a point to understand what we really wanted in a home. Natalie located a house to our exact specifications in 24 hours. We made a full price offer that day!
Half the battle was over. Now we needed to sell in 7 days. We did get the offer we needed due to Natalies marketing and ability to maximize every opportunity on the buyers market. We had more showings in one week than the previous 90 days with our last agent. Unfortunately, the offer was contingent and it didn’t work out. In the next 30 days, we received 4 more offers at our asking price. Natalie was on vacation when our non-contingent offer came in. She and her assistant Cindy made everything happen. They went the extra mile to make sure the deals came together. As times got stressful, Natalies personality shined and made the situations lighthearted and fun. Natalie was more than anyone could ask for in an agent. She helped us close both ends of our sales, worked closely with the lender, sellers’ agent, and Title Company.
